NYC man accused of setting fire outside immigration court charged with arson

A New York City man has been charged with arson after allegedly setting a fire outside a federal building where immigrants attend court appointments. The FBI recovered two weapons at the scene of an incendiary device detonated at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan.
