Consumer Reports finds arsenic in some rice products

Consumer Reports found inorganic arsenic, a known carcinogen, in all 52 tested rice products. Brown rice generally contains higher levels than white rice, and basmati and sushi rice varieties have lower arsenic. Over 40% of products tested had arsenic levels that could increase cancer and diabetes risks with regular consumption.
