Historic South End complex sells for $170M to national developer

Hines Global Income Trust acquired The Design Center of the Carolinas, a historic South End property in Charlotte, for $170 million from Asana Partners. The complex, originally the Nebel Knitting Mill, is positioned to benefit from Charlotte's growth due to its mix of creative tenants and neighborhood energy.
