Palo Alto home burglary suspect caught locked in bathroom

A man and woman in their 50s in Palo Alto were awakened at 2 a.m. when a suspect, Oscar Dario Banegas, entered their home and locked himself in the bathroom. Security cameras at the home were referenced in the incident.
