Brazil May Help Pay for Argentina Submarines
Brazil may assist in funding three Scorpène-class submarines for Argentina, part of a US$2 billion package including weapons and training. The submarines will be built by France’s Naval Group at Brazil’s Itaguaí Naval Base.
