Broward ex-youth pastor accused of causing daughter’s death during DUI crash faces charges

A former youth pastor at New Covenant Church in Broward County was charged with vehicular homicide and DUI homicide after a high-speed DUI crash in Palm Beach County killed his 8-year-old daughter and injured two other daughters. The 38-year-old father was driving at 104 mph with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit when the crash occurred on Jan. 17.
