South Africa: Gauteng Taxis Could Shut Down Next Week
SANTACO and the Gauteng National Taxi Alliance have given Premier Panyaza Lesufi seven days to resolve a dispute with transport MEC Kedibone Diale-Tlabela. The taxi industry accuses the MEC of bypassing its elected leadership by meeting directly with individual taxi associations, violating established protocol.
