1 of 4 defendants in fatal hyperbaric chamber explosion pleads no contest in case

One of four defendants in a 2025 hyperbaric chamber explosion that killed a 5-year-old boy pleaded no contest to involuntary manslaughter. Jeffrey Mosteller, the Oxford Center's safety director, entered the plea during a pre-trial hearing, while the center's owner, manager, and chamber operator face charges of second-degree murder or involuntary manslaughter.
