License plate readers help Portland Police find man wanted for alleged child sexual exploitation

License plate reader technology in Portland, Tennessee, helped police locate Anthony Walker, who had active warrants in Rutherford County for alleged sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means. Walker was arrested, held in Sumner County Jail, and transferred to Rutherford County to face charges.
