Maryland man charged in crash that killed an elderly woman in DC
A 55-year-old Germantown, Maryland man was charged in a crash that killed a 79-year-old woman near the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C. The victim, Virginia Voight, was struck by a Ford F-150 while riding a motorized mobility scooter.
