Landmark insurance policy clears Shenzhen’s flying vehicle for Hong Kong lift-off
A cross-border insurance policy for a Shenzhen-based electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft has cleared regulatory hurdles, enabling its operation in Hong Kong. The policy, issued in Hong Kong and underwritten in Shenzhen, covers HK$20 million in liability for a one-year period ending in June 2027.
