'America's Most Wanted' fugitive laid blueprint for vanishing before 20-year escape: affidavit

Ronald L. Fischer, an 'America's Most Wanted' fugitive, prepared for his disappearance by contacting his attorney, canceling a flight to London, and organizing his affairs before vanishing during a 2005 Rhode Island sexual assault trial. He was captured 20 years later on a sailboat off the New Jersey coast using the alias Richard Graydon.
