Neighbors speak out after Baldwin Park fire kills elderly woman living alone
An elderly woman was killed in a fast-moving fire at a Baldwin Park townhome complex on Sunday night, which destroyed multiple units and displaced dozens of residents. The fire broke out around 8 p.m. on East Ramona Boulevard near Barnes Avenue and spread to several attached units. Neighbors identified the woman.
