Tests show some OBX restaurants are not selling locally-caught shrimp

A DNA testing firm found that 11 out of 22 Outer Banks restaurants tested were not selling American wild-caught shrimp. The tests were conducted by Texas-based SeaD Consulting, which suggested the likelihood of local shrimp being served is comparable to a coin flip.
