Ex-L.A. County sheriff's deputy gets prison time for using search warrant for a private client

David Anthony Rodriguez, a former sheriff's deputy, admitted to submitting a false search warrant to obtain information on a private client's estranged husband during a divorce case. The deputy was sentenced to prison for the misconduct.
