Found weak and disheveled, rescued eagle — probably Big Bear's Jackie — receiving care in Ojai

A raptor believed to be nest cam star Jackie was found weak and disheveled along the shoreline in Ojai and is receiving care. Experts are investigating the cause of its decline.
