One in custody after NYC arson attack outside controversial ICE facility

A U.S. Army veteran was arrested for starting a fire outside a federal immigration court and temporary ICE holding facility in Lower Manhattan. The suspect used gasoline, a lighter, and a firework, then fired an airsoft rifle toward the building and carried anti-ICE literature. The incident caused a naturalization ceremony cancellation and injuries.
