PCSO identifies unauthorized drone operator, charges pending

The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) has identified an unauthorized drone operator who flew over the Aspen Acres fire near Rye during a temporary flight restriction. Charges are pending against the individual, and Sheriff David Lucero disclosed the incident during a joint press conference.
