Judge grants New York's request to pause $110B Paramount-Warner merger

A federal judge issued an emergency temporary restraining order to halt the $110 billion merger between Paramount Skydance and Warner Brothers Discovery. The pause is in response to an antitrust lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James and 11 other states.
