Child critically injured in hit-and-run near 8 Mile and Wyoming, driver still at large

A child was critically injured in a hit-and-run near 8 Mile and Wyoming, with the driver still at large. Witnesses reported the child was alone when struck around 11:17 p.m., and the boy remains hospitalized in critical condition. Michigan State Police are investigating why the child was out alone and have located the parents.
