Former soldier identified as anti-ICE activist who tried to set fire to 26 Federal Plaza

Andrew Arrabaca, a former U.S. Army soldier, attempted to set fire to 26 Federal Plaza in New York and fired an airsoft gun at the immigration court on July 20. He was subdued by federal officers and a security guard, and three people were injured, with one hospitalized. Arrabaca possessed weapons and anti-ICE literature during the attack.
