Attempt to save a struggling swimmer leaves 5 dead in an Ohio river

Five people died in Ohio's Scioto River after attempting to rescue a struggling swimmer. Two women were pronounced dead at a hospital, while three men were found in the river. Two children under age 10 were placed in family services following the incident.
