New pedestrian hybrid beacon installed in east Austin
A new Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) was installed at the intersection of Cesar Chavez Street and Chalmers Avenue in east Austin to stop traffic and allow safe pedestrian crossings on busy roads with higher speed limits.
