Calcutta High Court refuses Trinamools Congress’ plea to operate bank accounts frozen by ED
The Calcutta High Court rejected Trinamool Congress' request to access bank accounts frozen by the Enforcement Directorate. Earlier, Bidhannagar Police had frozen the accounts, but a different High Court bench permitted the Mamata Banerjee-led faction to use ₹440 crore under judicial supervision.
