Taylor Farms lettuce sample was false positive for cyclospora, FDA says

The FDA confirmed a Taylor Farms lettuce sample initially tested positive for cyclospora was a false positive. The company had voluntarily recalled iceberg lettuce from central Mexico linked to a cyclosporiasis outbreak, while the CDC identified Taco Bell's lettuce as a source. The outbreak has affected 34 states and over 1,600 people, with Michigan reporting more than 5,000 cases.
