Marvelous Retro Games (instagram) - scammed me for over 1k

A user was scammed for $1,415 by @marvelousretrogames on Instagram after attempting to purchase discounted Pokémon boxes. Despite PayPal and Zelle blocking the transactions, the scammer convinced the user to send money via Apple Cash before disappearing.
