Fraudulent activity on my Shop app, but does not appear to be a way to report it

A user reported a fraudulent purchase on their Shop app for $339.96, with shipping details to an unknown name and address. The user attempted to report the transaction but found the Shop app redirected them to Shopify, where the seller (MarenmicHarjoc198) could also be involved in the fraud. A suspicious link (pvb.com) appeared during reporting, and the user was unable to contact support immediately.
