At least 930 people have died in Congo’s Ebola outbreak, with 2,344 confirmed cases as of Saturday. The Bundibugyo virus, which causes no approved vaccine or treatment, is behind the fastest-growing outbreak on record. Challenges include 12 attacks on health facilities in Ituri province and protests by unpaid health workers, 36 of whom have died from the virus.
