JD and Usha Vance welcome a baby boy, the first child born to a sitting VP in more than 150 years

Vice President JD Vance and his wife Usha Vance announced the birth of their fourth child, Alec Neel Vance. The child is the first born to a sitting vice president in more than 150 years and joins siblings Ewan, Vivek, and Mirabel.
