5.5-magnitude earthquake hits Peru's Andes region and kills at least 5 people
A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck the Andes region of Peru, killing at least five people, injuring over 20, and displacing 300. The US Geological Survey reported the quake occurred 2km west-south-west of Sicaya in Huancayo province at a depth of 10km.
