Mamdani says he’s still looking into arresting Netanyahu if Israeli leader visits New York
New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani stated his office is considering arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visits the city for the United Nations General Assembly in September. Mamdani cited an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant against Netanyahu for alleged war crimes, while U.S. officials and Netanyahu dismissed the warrant as politically motivated.
