Marco Houpe was injured in a fire at 15 months old in 1965, suffering third-degree burns over 85% of his body. Wynola Wayne, then a trainee nurse at a Columbus, Ohio hospital's burn unit, helped save his life. Recently, Houpe highlighted her retirement after nearly six decades as a nurse at a farewell party.
