Online photo of overloaded motorcycle carrying child and 2 riders leads to arrest

Hong Kong police arrested a 37-year-old man after a photo showed him riding a motorcycle with a young child and another passenger, violating traffic rules against carrying multiple passengers and children under eight. The suspect was taken into custody following an investigation by the New Territories North traffic unit.
