Russia hits Ukraine with one of the largest ballistic barrages of the war

Russia launched a major attack on Ukraine with over 40 ballistic missiles and 120 drones, damaging infrastructure in Kyiv and killing at least one person. Ukraine's defense forces shot down 18 missiles but face a shortage of U.S.-made Patriot interceptors.
