CDA asks court to set aside Rs643m award to Parliament Lodges contractor
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is challenging a Rs643 million arbitration award in favor of a contractor for the unfinished Parliament Lodges extension project. The CDA alleges the award resulted from legal misconduct and jurisdictional overreach, with the project remaining incomplete 15 years after its 2011 contract award. The court has adjourned the case until Sept 19.
