Putin’s Ukraine Failure Could Speed Russia’s Breakup, Historian Says
British-Polish historian Norman Davies stated that Vladimir Putin’s attempts to reconstruct the Russian Empire have failed, exposing military weaknesses and reducing Moscow to a vassal state dependent on Beijing.
