Taylor Farms has expanded a voluntary recall of iceberg lettuce products linked to a cyclospora outbreak affecting 27 U.S. states. The CDC reports 1,645 confirmed cases and 141 hospitalizations from the parasite, which is associated with contaminated food from a Mexican supplier. Taco Bell removed affected lettuce from its supply chain after being linked to illnesses in five Midwestern states.
