Memorial service plans announced for Sen. Lindsey Graham

Memorial services for Sen. Lindsey Graham, who died on July 11 at 71 from an aortic tear, are scheduled for July 28 in Washington, D.C., followed by events in Columbia and Pickens County. His sister Darline was sworn in to complete his Senate term, with a special primary for the seat set for August and a November general election.
