Vision Benefits in GA With Complement Inhibitor, Regardless of AMD, Anti-VEGF

Pegcetacoplan (Syfovre), a complement inhibitor, showed similar efficacy in treating geographic atrophy (GA) whether administered to patients with concurrent neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) or to those with GA alone. The findings are based on data from a retina clinical trial.
