One person was shot and killed overnight near Memorial Park, says CSPD

A man was shot and killed overnight in the parking lot of Memorial Park along South Hancock Avenue. Officers found the victim inside a vehicle and later arrested Malaki Branch, 20, for murder after locating a suspect vehicle. The El Paso County Coroner will identify the deceased at a later date.
