Why a blown-out plane window nearly sucked a passenger outside at 16K feet
A Ryanair passenger was nearly sucked out of a plane at 16,000 feet after a window failed following takeoff from Thessaloniki, Greece. Experts attributed the incident to an engine part striking the window, causing decompression. The 61-year-old Serbian passenger, Ljubisa Karović, sustained injuries but was helped by his wife and others to remain inside the cabin.
