Sanctioned Russian Shadow Fleet Tanker Spills Oil Near Oman Coast

Satellite imagery shows the sanctioned Russian shadow fleet tanker Caroline Bezengi spilling oil in a marine conservation area off Oman's coast. The vessel, which loaded oil in Novorossiysk, last transmitted its position on June 11, coinciding with Ukraine’s 'Operation Molochka' targeting Russia’s shadow fleet in the Black and Azov Seas.
