3 arrested after 131kg of ketamine disguised as sugar cubes found in air cargo
Hong Kong customs officers arrested three men linked to 131 kilograms of suspected ketamine disguised as sugar cubes in air cargo from Germany. The drugs, valued at HK$51 million, were intercepted in a consignment declared as containing sugar cubes.
