India's Skyroot launches Vikram-1 in first private orbital rocket mission
India's Skyroot Aerospace successfully launched Vikram-1, the country’s first privately developed orbital rocket, as part of 'Mission Aagaman' to test technologies and expand commercial space capabilities. The rocket placed payloads into a 450 km orbit, making India the third nation to achieve orbital launch capability through private enterprise.
