Man seeks justice after alleged Wynwood attack leaves him, dog seriously injured

Evan Motlong sustained serious injuries and his German shepherd suffered a broken leg during an alleged attack by a stranger and two unleashed pit bulls in Wynwood. Motlong reported the incident to police but says no action has been taken against the suspect, who was seen on video kicking his cellphone after the assault.
