SF DA charges alleged kitten killer with animal torture

A 33-year-old man from Reno, Nevada, was charged with multiple felonies after allegedly torturing a kitten to death in San Francisco. The San Francisco District Attorney's office announced the charges, which include felony animal killing, maiming, or abuse and felony animal torture or cruelty.
