Former Copley staffers create Green Mountain Birthing Center
Green Mountain Birthing Center, a nonprofit in Waterbury, was established by former Copley Hospital nurse-midwives to provide perinatal care. The center aims to open Vermont's first freestanding birth center by 2028 and currently offers prenatal and postpartum care in a Morrisville clinic.
