[EU] Ex-girlfriend scammed me into a $25,000 bank loan, blocked me, and fled to another EU country

A man in a northern EU country was scammed by his ex-girlfriend into taking out a $25,000 personal bank loan for her expenses after she moved to a neighboring EU state on a student visa. She later demanded additional money, threatened his career, and blocked him, leaving him with debt and no legal contract.
