Miami-Dade man accused in Kendale Lakes stalking, occupied home burglary cases

A 36-year-old Miami-Dade man, Kevin Perez, faces multiple felony charges for allegedly stalking one woman and burglarizing her home in the Kendale Lakes neighborhood, as well as stalking another victim in the same area. Deputies reported Perez forcibly entered a home through a sliding glass door, observed the victim while she slept, and left after she screamed, with DNA evidence later linking him to the crime.
