spectrum wrong delivery scam (United States)
A person ordered an iPhone for their son from Spectrum but received an unexpected more expensive iPhone 17 Pro Max. A scammer accessed their account, ordered the phone, and sent a fake return label to reclaim it, leading to unauthorized charges. Spectrum is refunding the costs after the phone was returned.
